We handle appeals to Hawaii appellate courts and the Circuit Courts (from administrative agency and Commerce and Consumer Affairs Hearings Office decisions).  Our attorneys are often called on by other attorneys to evaluate cases, to advise on how to handle motions that should be filed after a trial by the losing party to preserve issues for appeal, and the merits of pursuing an appeal.  Where an appeal is feasible or necessary, we handle all aspects of appellate court filings, including appeals briefs and proceedings before the appellate courts.
